Dominic is an independent consultant with 15 years’ experience in consumer protection, pension and financial services issues, and has experience as a trustee of a pension scheme.

He has worked for the Consumer Panel, Which? and New City Agenda, delivering improvements for consumers. He has advised the Open Banking Implementation Entity and is a member of the Actuarial Council.  He has written two leading reports on pensions dashboards for Which? and the People’s Pension.
